1. Create your account

One account per family. The parent or guardian who handles registration and payment should create it.

1. Enter your first and last name, email and phone number.
2. If the form asks for a club access code, enter the one from your welcome email.
3. Choose a password and type it again to confirm.
4. Click Create Account. We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the next screen to confirm your email. You can type the code or paste it.

The code is good for 30 minutes. If it expires, the portal sends you a new one. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

2. Sign in

You have two ways to sign in:

• Sign-in code (default): enter your email or username and we email you a one-time code. No password needed.
• Password: click Sign in with password instead. Check Keep me signed in on your own device.

3. Add your athletes

On your dashboard, add each child who will play. For each athlete, enter:

• First and last name, and date of birth
• USA Water Polo membership number. If they don't have one yet, the form links to the USA Water Polo membership page.
• Athlete email (optional). Add it if you want them to get session and tournament notices directly.

You can edit an athlete's details any time from the dashboard.

4. Register for a season

1. On your dashboard, find the open season and click Register Athletes.
2. Check each athlete you're registering, and pick their group when the season has groups. The price is shown next to each group.
3. Add any optional extras offered for the season.
4. Review the order summary, then click Continue to Payment.

Once you've paid, your athletes show as Registered ✓ on your dashboard.

5. Paying

How much and when:

• Pay in full: one payment today.
• 3 monthly payments: adds a $75 installment fee. The first payment is today and the next two are charged automatically 30 and 60 days later.

How to pay:

• Bank transfer (ACH): no fee. Enter your routing and account number, or use a bank account you saved before.
• Credit or debit card: a 3% processing fee is added and shown in your total.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. Tournaments

Tournaments are listed under their season on your dashboard. You must register an athlete for the season before you can sign them up for its tournaments. Click Register Athletes next to the tournament and pay the same way.

7. Account settings

• Authorized household emails: add other adults in your household who should get club emails, one per line.
• Change password: available from your dashboard any time.
